Gerard Boulay 'La Côte' Sancerre, 2022

This special bottling is made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc. We love it paired with vindaloo chicken and anything with goat cheese. Boulay’s parcel in “La Grande Côte” is one of three designated Crus of Chavignol and is reputed for producing wines of incredible precision. Vintage 2010 was the inaugural release. VERY age-worthy!
